Example #1 一个典型的应用目录结构

- index.php 
- .htaccess

Example #2 入口文件

顶层目录下的index.php是整个应用的唯一入口，应该把所有请求都重定向到这个文件（在Apache+php_mod模式下可以使用.htaccess）。

Example #4 应用配置文件
